Requirements

  • Essential DSRC operations support, including system integration and operation, system administration, network administration, cybersecurity/information assurance, facilities support, database administration, maintenance management and execution for the facility, hardware, and software
  • Delivery of HPC capabilities at unclassified and classified levels including management of workflows and use cases
  • Enterprise and user support requirements, such as HPC Help Desk, data analysis and visualization, application software support, outreach, and support for other HPCMP components
  • Program and project management support, such as financial data and reports and process management, procurement support, and inventory support.
  • Operations support includes all services required for DSRC routine operations, somewhat independent of HPC capabilities being delivered or customers (users of HPC systems) supported.
  • This contract will provide services to support the operations and management of four of the five DSRCs (AFRL, ARL, ERDC, Navy), as well as the Cross-Centers/Enterprise component.
