Requirements

Required AE Services will provide a full range of comprehensive surveying and mapping support. The work will be for: GPS and conventional topographic surveying and mapping; Geodetic control surveying; Boundary surveying of private and public lands; Terrestrial laser scanning;Hydrographic surveying using single beam and multibeam systems on inland and coastalwaterways; High accuracy dam deformation monitoring surveys; Aerial Imagery; and AirborneLight Detection and Ranging (LiDAR). The AE Services will be for Mobile District customerssuch as: Joint Airborne Lidar Bathymetry Technical Center of Expertise (JALBTCX),Department of Defense, U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserves, U.S. Army National Guard, U.S. AirForce, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and Defense Logistics Agency projects, USACE Federalmilitary and civil works projects, Department of Homeland Security, National Institutes ofHealth, Centers for Disease Control, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and other Federal agencies,and other locations or customers that may be assigned to the Mobile District. At minimum, the selected firms must have, either in-house or through partner or sub-consultants, the following disciplines, with professional registration required where applicable: (1) Project Manager; (2) Professional Land Surveyors (PLS); (3) Party Chiefs; (4) CADD Specialist; (5) Photogrammetrist; (6) GIS Analyst; (7) GIS Developer; (8) Database Administrator; (9) Lidar Specialist.
