Requirements

  • The work may encompass a wide range of multi-discipline A/E services primarily supporting Civil Works Projects. While it is anticipated that most projects will be funded through the Civil Works program, this procurement could be utilized to support other Civil Works type projects throughout the region. Civil Works type projects may include but are not limited to: Stream Restoration Analysis & Design; Shoreline Restoration Analysis & Design; Eco-System Restoration Analysis & Design; Coastal Restoration Analysis & Design; Levee System Inspections, Analysis & Design; Flood Risk Management Analysis; Civil Works Feasibility Studies; and various Survey work (i.e. Multi-Beam, topographical, hydrographic, etc.).
  • The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of industry, to include the Small Business Community: Small Business (SB), Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZones), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). The Government must ensure there is adequate competition within any given socioeconomic category of responsible contractors. Large businesses are not prohibited from submitting a response to this notice; however, SB, Section 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, SDB, VOSB, and WOSB are highly encouraged to participate.
