Requirements

The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, material, equipment and labor necessary to provide non-personal services for IS operation and support services (ISOSS) to WSMR as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).The technical scope of this PWS requires all technicians obtain and maintain commercial certification in accordance with Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 8570.1-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, latest edition including any follow-on revisions, at the level consistent with duties assigned by the contractor management. Any individual filling a position under this PWS shall be fully certified before assuming duties under this PWS. The Information Systems Operations Service Support (ISOSS) PWS includes all networks located on WSMR including:

  • 1.4.1 Defense Research Evaluation Network (DREN)
  • 1.4.2 Test Support Network (TSN)-Red
  • 1.4.3 Test Support Network (TSN)-Black
  • 1.4.4 Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET)
  • 1.4.5 Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET)
