The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, VISN 2: New York/ New Jersey VA Health Care Network, VA NY Harbor Healthcare System, Brooklyn Campus has a requirement for Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Infrastructure Upgrades construction project at the Brooklyn VA Medical Center (VAMC).

• Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for EHRM INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADES as required by drawings and specifications. Project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following infrastructure upgrades: Electrical (electrical panel upgrades, power [normal, emergency]); Bonding; UPS; Building Management System interfaces; new and upgrades to existing HVAC; reconfiguration, expansion, and renovation of existing space (demo, new construction, finishes); renovate Building 14 – First (1st) Floor Regional Data Center space; Construct Data Center (site work, demolition, new construction, finishes, HVAC, UPS, cable management, power); communication infrastructure (new data outlets, patch panels, upgrades to Cat 6A cable) in buildings as necessary; physical security upgrades; upgrade to fiber infrastructure backbone campus-wide within buildings and between buildings; site civil work / investigation as required; and hazardous material abatement. Project scope includes Buildings 1, 2, 4, 14, 15, and site.
