Requirements

  • The general scope of this requirement is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Design-Build construction contract for the design and construction of a new 69KV Substation and upgrades to existing facilities and infrastructure to increase total Pier Lima electrical capacity. The new substation includes a Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) building and fenced yard. The project expands and upgrades the existing substation and adds a battery shed. The project includes new and upgraded primary and secondary electrical distribution systems and telecommunications infrastructure. The project includes 13.8KV power mounds at two locations on Pier Lima.
