  • DHA has a requirement to provide inTransition Support Services, a transition support access capacity that provides a 24/7 response, to include a toll-free number and electronic engagement capability for a broad range of users, such as Service members and their families, providers, and others seeking information regarding inTransition or psychological health resources. inTransition provides individual coaching to Service members and Veterans seeking a new mental health and/or moderate to severe Traumatic Brain Injury care provider or in maintaining care continuity as they transition between providers, geographic locations, and health care systems.
