Requirements

  • The contract shall provide IT support and IM providing technical and operational support services and expertise to meet the needs of NSWCDD which includes the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, Virginia, all existing and future detachment sites, programs, departments, and partners.
  • The required IT expertise, support and services include, but are not restricted to technical IT support, IT operations support, cybersecurity and traditional security support, endpoint support, helpdesk and end-user support, telecommunications support, information management support, application development support, database development and administration support, logistics support, ITSM support, automation support, business process support, and digital transformation support.
  • Ordering, service usage, and oversight support for NMCI and JWICs
