Requirements

  • Information Technology Directorate Services (ITDS) describes the technical support services required by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) at its headquarters (HQ) in the Russell Knox Building, Quantico, Virginia, as well as its fourteen (14) major field offices around the world and 160 global locations with highly diverse infrastructures.
  • The functional support to ITD spans multiple areas, including project management, engineering, software development and maintenance, data management, systems analysis and integration, program management assistance, daily operations, and customer service. Deployment of capabilities and support of systems at NCIS locations worldwide is required. The Contractor’s approach to the work should be innovative, comprehensive, and executed as an integrated team with the Government.
