  • The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, SC has a requirement for a MACC IDIQ at Joint Base Charleston – Air Base, Charleston, SC; Joint Base Charleston – Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC; Short Stay Recreational Area, Moncks Corner, SC; Defense Fuel Supply Point, Charleston, SC. North Auxiliary Airfield, North, SC; Seymour Johnson AFB, Goldsboro, NC; and Shaw AFB, Sumter, SC as determined by individual Task Orders.
  • The type of work vendors can expect will include, but is not limited to:
    • Contracts with a preponderance of work associated with existing facility whole building renovation work involving Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Building Envelope and other systems, and with values in the following range $1M-$25M
    • Contracts with a preponderance of work associated with Water, Wastewater, or Electrical utility infrastructure, and with values in the following range $1M-$25M
    • Design Build contracts with a preponderance of work associated with existing facility whole building renovation work and/or utility infrastructure work with values in the following range $1M- $25M.
