The full extent of the work will be described in a solicitation, which may follow at a later date. However, a summary of the services to be performed is provided as follows.

  • Expected work under the MATOC involves design-build and construction for new facilities and for real property repair and maintenance in support of the Department of Labor’s Job Corps Program.
  • There are Job Corps Centers in all 50 States, as well as the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
  • The work may include, but is not limited to, general building renovation, vertical construction, security and force protection of new and existing facilities, horizontal construction and incidental work as well as other types of design-build and construction services. All work will be solicited and awarded in accordance with the individual task order requirements
