Requirements

  • The construction contractor shall provide all labor, management, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to construct project number 817CM3025 per the Statement of Work, Specifications, Drawings, and related construction documents. Construction will take place at Marion National Cemetery, 1700 E 38th St, Marion, IN 46953-4568. Work includes but is not limited to general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, irrigation, landscaping, fencing, pre-placed crypts, in-ground cremains, columbarium, flag assembly area, entrance feature, administration building, committal service shelter, maintenance building renovation and construction of other items as required to complete all the work described in the contract documents. All services performed by the contractor must adhere to National Cemetery Administration standards.
