Requirements

  • The Columbia VAMC is seeking a general contractor to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the Construct Community Living Center (CLC) Phase II. The purpose of this project is to construct the second phase of the Community Living Center. The 2nd phase will consist of a 24 bed, 20,400 square foot two story addition onto the phase 1 Community Living Center (CLC). The new construction will enable relocation of the final 24 beds out of the existing CLC in the main hospital
