Requirements

  • On-personal services contract to provide logistical support to military units, both U.S. and foreign forces, to include but not limited to: dining facility and distribution services, the furnishing of laundry, tents and material handling equipment at various sites throughout Bavaria to include Grafenwöhr Training Area (GTA), Hohenfels Training Area (HTA), Ansbach Training Area (ATA), Amberg Training Area, in the Federal republic of Germany, State of Bavaria.
  • The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform logistical services for support and/or sustainment of installations, troops, units, any United States governmental agency, multinational partners and operation responding to both programmed and un-programmed requirements. The contractor shall respond to changes in current operations and troop strength. The contractor shall provide backfill support at existing operational locations to augment mission requirements or bridging until other execution avenues become available. Contractor shall be prepared to support requirements for new and/or existing operations and new and/or existing locations. The description of services shall be further defined in subsequent, individual task orders.
  • The contractor shall perform services to include dining facility operations, transportation of equipment, transportation of fuel, transportation of ammunition, and other support services. The other support services include, but are not limited to, providing material handling equipment, portable showers, generators, and setup of tents, cots, tables, heaters, and lighting.
