Requirements

  • Projects will encompass tasks in a variety of construction and trade areas, such as general carpentry, general plumbing, heating, ventilation, & air conditioning (HVAC) systems, fire suppression systems, general electrical systems, utility distribution systems, concrete construction, road paving systems, storm water systems, concrete masonry unit (CMU) construction, painting, roofing, demolition, and steel construction.
  • Projects may come in the form of fully designed, partially designed, or statement of work. Projects may also come as a design-build. Minimum design efforts on all projects include submission of as-built drawings at the project completion. All project work and related services shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) all terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, technical exhibits and references and publications contained in the contract or incorporated by reference.
