Background

MACC Solicitation Requirements

  • Maintenance, repair, minor construction design, and/or build projects on real property at Minot AFB, North Dakota to include the 8.5K square mile missile field in the areas surrounding Minot AFB.  In general, MACC program contractors would be given fair opportunity to compete for projects described in individual task order solicitations and would be expected to perform in the general construction category which includes but is not limited to the following:  maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, site work, earthwork and paving, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, fire protection, millwork, and other specialty and general contracting work.
