Requirements

The MACC will be an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract whose work may consist of multiple disciplines in general construction categories and design for all aspects of general construction including construction, modifications, renovations and demolition of existing facilities that will be awarded via individual Task Orders.

Task orders will provide a vehicle for execution of a broad range of projects which may include maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, asbestos remediation, paving, and earth work for industrial/office buildings and/or infrastructure. In-house design capability or ready access to design capability is a must for projects including alteration and repair to existing infrastructure.
