  • Provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide grounds maintenance, landscaping, and pavement clearance services at various Navy and Marine Corps locations throughout the NAVFAC SW Area of Responsibility (AOR).
