Requirements

  • Provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the Construction of Department of Public Works (DPW) Engineering Housing and Maintenance Shop (EHMS) at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center (CSJTC), Salinas, Puerto Rico. The scope of this project includes the construction of an Engineering/Housing Maintenance Shop (EHMS) specially designed consisting of 21,117 gross square feet facility for the maintenance and repair of buildings, roads, grounds, and utility systems. The administration area will include offices to manage the DPW operations and drafting developing for the repairs. This facility will include shops of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and paint to support the CSJTC facilities maintenance and minor repairs. In addition, the program includes shops for the ground maintenance and a supply warehouse. The Project will include a Base Bid along with the following Option Bid Line Items (OLIs): Base Bid: Primary Facility / Supporting Facilities OLI # 1: Supply Warehouse OLI # 2: Classroom/Breakroom OLI # 3: Rigid Concrete and Asphalt Paving OLI # 4: Operable Partition OLI # 5: Full-height personnel Lockers & Benches OLI # 6: Heavy-Duty Shelving & cantilevered Racks.
