Requirements

  • The Contractor shall manage, operate, protect, maintain, and enhance the Laboratory’s ability to function as a DOE national laboratory, provide the infrastructure and support activities, support the accomplishment of the Laboratory’s missions, and assure the accountability to the DOE under the results-oriented, performance-based provisions of this contract
  • The Contractor shall establish and maintain an integrated management system capable of producing implementation-level plans, programs, and procedures for the management and operation of the Laboratory
  • The Contractor shall implement a broad-scope contractor assurance program to assess the overall performance in and drive continuous improvement of Laboratory operations and management
