    • Outpatient Visits – Estimated 2500 visits
    • Institution Services – Due to the volume of information, quantities of outpatient institution services will be provided in the solicitation document
  • Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible
