Background

From a Business standpoint, the primary objective is to establish business partnership relationships to meet a broad range of current and anticipated needs for information technology services for all of BLM. Specifically, the new contracting relationships are envisioned to fulfill the following goals while working cooperatively with other Contractors performing work for the BLM: 1. Identify and secure long term relationships with capable providers for key business and technology services. 2. Streamline procurement processes to support dynamic business and technology needs. 3.
