Requirements

  • The work includes renovation of the Administration Lodge Building (1201), Maintenance/Storage (3002 and 3003), and Chapel Storage (4101). Building 1201 includes updating the Administrative areas including the basement. Updating the electrical system, HVAC system, ADA accessibility to the restroom and basement. Building 3002 includes repairs to exterior wall cracks. Building 3003 includes upgrades to enclose the five openings with coiling doors. Building 4101 includes converting a storage room into a waiting room.
  • Wayfinding signage to upgrade non?compliant signs, remove redundant non?compliant signs, and add additional wayfinding signs. Bridge Staining and erosion mitigation. Wrought Iron Fencing and Gate repairs. Chain Link Fencing repairs. Submain Irrigation Lines/sprinkler upgrades. Flagpole and Base area staining and mortar repairs.  Refinish Memorial Plaques. Update landscaping at entrance and next to Building 3002.
