Anticipated primary objectives and work to perform under these contracts:

  • Support uninterrupted water and wastewater services across NPS units.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and permits.
  • Augment internal workforce capacity for remote or specialized systems.
  • Provide rapid, flexible support via a centrally managed IDIQ structure.
  • Enable data-informed performance monitoring through contractor reporting.
  • Perform daily operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, condition assessments, sampling and analysis, regulatory reporting, and log documentation.
  • Conduct in-kind replacement of equipment and components when incidental to service tasks (not classified as construction).
  • Issue task orders of varying complexity based on regional or park-specific needs.
