Background

SMWDC requires Subject Matter Expert in support of surface, air, and mine warfare mission areas to enhance warfighting readiness and increase the lethality and tactical proficiency of the Surface Force, through the four lines of operations via individual, unit level and group instruction, training assessment, support of the Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI) program, operational support and review, update, or development of operational or tactical doctrine.

Requirements

The Contractor shall:

  • Develop and execute advanced tactical training, operational support, doctrine development, capability assessment and WTI course of instruction services required to execute the following tasks in support of SMWDC, across the mine warfare, integrated air and missile defense, surface and subsurface warfare and amphibious warfare mission areas for the surface navy as well as the warfighting staffs and MOCs.
  • Provide expertise across the Surface Warfare Enterprise to increase the lethality and tactical proficiency of the Surface Force through the four lines of operation.
