Requirements

The Contractor shall provide:

  • Demolition of six (6) buildings and miscellaneous structures located at Parcel G at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard (HPNS), Buildings 351, 351A, 366, 401, 411 and 439) and Building Pad 408. Demolition to be performed in compliance with Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) requirements.
