Requirements

  • The contractor shall provide test planning and execution, flight clearance support, aircrew flight test support, flight test engineering support, system/subsystem training for Government Aircrew and Flight Test Engineering personnel, Naval Air Training Operating Procedures and Standardization (NATOPS) development and support, Instrumentation support, Aircraft Technical and Engineering support, and E-2 System Test and Evaluation Laboratory (ESTEL) Integration support.
  • The contractor will complete all projects, engineering and logistics services and provide technical assistance required under this program to support Integrated Test Team operation efforts.
