Requirements

This requirement supports the next phase of CISA’s strategic direction: operationalizing strategy. Work will be performed at the contractor’s site with frequent visits to CISA facilities. The contract supports the Office of the Chief of Staff and will provide critical capacity, tools, and structure to help leadership align strategic priorities, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress. Specific tasks supported are:

  • Establishing a framework to enable mission operations and internal coordination
  • Providing cross-agency initiative execution and traceability support
  • Recommending and supporting implementation of operational data and decision-making tools
  • Planning, facilitating and documenting strategy and performance management
  • Supporting organizational strategy and streamlining documentation and implementation
  • Establishing and supporting mission impact measurement framework
  • Proving policy, regulatory and legislative support
