Overarching Program Management Background

Program Manager AIR 209 (PMA 209) Air Combat Electronics is a program office under the Program Executive Officer, Tactical Aircraft (PEO(T)). PMA 209 is responsible for Aircraft Integration, Navigation & Safety (AINS), Communications and Mission Systems (CAMs), capability areas, Avionics Architecture Team (AAT), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Strategic Planning Group (SPG), Fleet Support Team (FST) and Avionics Component Improvement Program (AvCIP) and other related teams/areas.

Overarching Program Management Requirements

  • This Statement Of Work (SOW) provides overarching project management, administrative, budget financial management, security and facility support services for PMA 209 Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Core and Subject Matter Expert (SME) Program Office Support as outlined below. PMA 209 IPT’s are responsible for the planning, execution and management of PMA 209 programs/efforts. The effort to be provided to PMA 209 is outlined below and aligned by Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for tracking and billing purposes. These efforts will utilize any combination of funding to include Research, Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), Aircraft Procurement Navy (APN), Operations and Maintenance Navy (O&M,N), Other Customer Funds (OCF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
