Passenger Air Shuttle Services Requirements

  • The primary goal of this acquisition is to establish a cost-effective approach for providing long-term (one base year plus four one-year options), dedicated air shuttle services for Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) personnel to travel between mission areas located at SNI, Point Mugu and China Lake facilities. The Government is interested in solutions utilizing FAR Part 135 Aircraft, but will consider FAR Part 121 Aircraft if an economical solution can be found.
