Requirements

  • The Contractor shall:
    • Provide Construction Management Services (CMS) acting in the role of Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa) and Quality Assurance Support Services for DeCA’s Engineering Directorate in its administration and oversight of various design and construction projects throughout the world through the Program Management Assistance Program (PMAP).
      • Additionally, the contractor shall provide Professional Architectural – Engineering (A-E) Support Services to supplement DeCA’s Engineering Directorate in its administration and oversight of various design and construction projects.
