Requirements

  • Provide a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction works on real property at March ARB. Actual construction work will be accomplished under individual Task Order(s) (TO) to be placed on an as-needed basis under the basic SABER contract. Major items of work include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete, masonry, welding, and other related miscellaneous work. Work covered under the SABER program will not require the use of a registered architect or engineer. The contractor is required to have the performance capability to accomplish multiple TOs at multiple project sites concurrently, while having a SABER focused task-force organization for effective management and responsive coordination with the Government SABER Program Team.
