Project includes vehicle and equipment maintenance bays, internal vehicle and equipment wash area, overhead cranes, administrative area, fire protection and alarm systems, IDS installation, and EMCS connection. Sustainability and energy enhancement measures are included. Demolish four buildings (6,284 sq ft total).
