Renovate Dormitory BLDG 342 Requirements

  • The work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of sewer line and drainage system; addition of parking spaces and sprinkler riser room; installation of Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) air handler and new fire sprinkler system; replacement of fire alarm system; installation of mass notification system; and roof replacement. Replace interior finishes including flooring, damaged doors and windows, interior walls, ceilings, and kitchenette components such as range hood, laundry cabinets, plumbing, and fixtures.
  • Replace exterior finishes including Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS).
  • Replace water piping systems, fan coil units, lighting fixtures, and interior and exterior electrical equipment and wiring. Install new CATV and data infrastructure.
  • Provide cybersecurity for building control systems.
  • Perform commissioning of building systems and all incidental related work.
