Requirements

  • Repair/renovate 19,000 square feet (sf) within existing Building 2245 (B2245) to maximize administrative areas for assigned personnel.
  • Scope will include installation of new LED lighting and power distribution, repair existing restrooms, maintain existing HVAC while revising mechanical systems and ductwork per new layout.
  • Repair/replace fire suppression systems. Renovate interiors by removing hard-walled offices where possible to create open, flexible workstations.
  • Utilize existing entrances and courtyard while ensuring egress paths comply with life safety codes and standards.
  • Replace all interior finishes to support new interior layout. Additionally, the existing fire suppression system, to include a combined Fire Alarm Control Panel and Mass Notification System will be replaced.
