Requirements

  • Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and services required to upgrade and repair the HVAC, steam, chill water, and hot water systems at the Community Living Center (CLC) Building of Audie L. Murphy Memorial Hospital, located at 7400 Merton Minter St., San Antonio, TX 78229.
  • The work includes, but is not limited to including general construction, demolition, mechanical, fire protection, electrical, and controls upgrades, modifications, and repairs of the existing 2-story CLC Building.
  • Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and services required to upgrade and repair the HVAC, steam, chill water, and hot water systems.
  • All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable local and VA building codes.
