Requirements

  • VA Roseburg HCS seeks a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and all other resources necessary to perform general construction, alterations, roads, walks, drainage, sewer, necessary removal and/or modifications of existing structures and construction, patching and finishing work, and certain other items.
    • a. Replacement or repair of existing sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems, as needed.
    • b. Replacement or repair of existing roads, as needed.
    • c. Installation of a flow meter in the sanitary sewer line with a wireless system that reports directly to the local utility service.
    • d. Installation of a monitoring device in the storm sewer line to identify pollutants of concern and their concentration level.
