Requirements

  • Professional Services. Services shall be performed by the contractor, as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the Government, providing the necessary support contained in this PWS. This support requires knowledge of HTRW information that supports the YTC Commander, staff, tenant organizations, and training unit customers. The technical support provided by the contractor ensures YTC complies with all Federal, state, local laws, and regulations.
  • The contractor shall provide qualified key personnel to support program development and program support, as well as weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements contained in the PWS as defined in Part 5, Specific Tasks. Historically, the requirements in this PWS were successfully accomplished with professionals in the Science, Biology, and Archeology disciplines, as well as personnel knowledgeable in regulatory compliance, NEPA, computer data entry, database development, and other administrative program activities.
