Requirements

The contractor shall provide services to meet the following:

  • The contractor shall support Joint Warfighter C5ISR systems; to include Equipment Support, System Support, Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, Training, and Programmatic Support
  • The contractor shall work closely with the government project manager and, when applicable, provide support at the sponsor level and at the contract level to ensure the government’s requirements are met on schedule and within budget
  • The contractor shall provide test and evaluation support services to the government for the monitoring and conducting of tests, evaluations, and studies and the preparation of test plans for specified SOCS and C5ISR systems, subsystems, and/or equipment
  • The contractor shall assist the Government in the technical evaluation, data collection, development and/or processing of the required documentation concerning the A&A of equipment and systems for Joint Interoperability and cybersecurity authorization
  • The contractor shall assist the Government in providing Life Cycle Sustainment Management (LCSM) planning and services support for existing, new and modified SOCS and C5ISR systems and subsystems, as well as provide support in accordance with (IAW) the approved LCSM Plans (LCSMPs) for all SOCS IPT projects and programs
  • The contractor shall design build, configure, and maintain a Wide Area Network (WAN) and classified and unclassified Local Area Networks (LAN)
  • The contractor shall provide services within the Tampa Bay area to conduct work in support of SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic SOCS IPT and its customers
  • The contractor shall develop, maintain, and provide training for the network analysis and modeling capability being provided to the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) for their strategic and tactical long haul communications networks, deployable tactical communication systems, and associated voice, video, and data networks
