Background

ATSO is responsible for the entire life-cycle management of numerous Radio Frequency (RF) threat simulation systems ranging from EA systems to emitter (radar) simulator systems. Customers range from Navy, Air Force, Army, foreign governments and private-party Department of Defense (DoD) contractors.

Requirements

  • The Contractor shall:
    • Provide for engineering, program and technical administrative services that will significantly improve and maintain ATSO’s capabilities as a leader in Electronic Attack (EA) and active emitter systems for the simulation of threats against US forces in a dynamic electronic warfare environment.
    • Provide emitter and EA systems life-cycle support to virtually all DoD target systems.
    • Provide the Fleet (Navy and Air Force) with various airborne and ground based systems for training at various levels.
