Background

The effort under this contract will provide T&E services and other related in-service engineering and logistics services to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD). NSWC PHD is a field activity of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). NSWC PHD is the designated In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) for the AEGIS Combat System (ACS), which consists of the AEGIS Weapon System (AWS), and associated weapons systems and combat system elements that are integrated to various degrees with the AWS, as well as multiple non-AEGIS combat and weapons systems and other emergent Navy platforms.

  • This task order shall provide T&E services and related in-service engineering and logistics support services to NSWC PHD including the following major task areas:
    • T&E Services
    • Systems Engineering and Combat Systems Tactical Interoperability
    • Fleet Readiness Ship Liaison and 24/7 Watchstander Services
    • Combat Systems Alignment (CSA)
    • Reliability, Maintainability and Supportability (RMS)
    • Capabilities and Limitations (C&L)
    • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Lifetime and Lifecycle Support
