Background

Requirements

  • Design, integrate, install, test, perform license updates, and provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support personnel for CPN and CENTRIXS afloat and ashore systems in the CENTCOM AOR.
  • The Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I), International C4I Integration Program Office (PMW 740) provides technical support services, to include on-site engineering support, and material in support of CPN and CENTRIXS for multiple Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Cases.
  • The Contractor shall provide CPN and CENTRIXS technical support within the CENTCOM AOR, to include but not limited to, full-time Field Service Representatives (FSR), who shall provide on-site technical support, logistics support, sustainment, familiarization and training as needed for CPN or CENTRIXS. The Contractor shall also be able to procure hardware and software as needed.
