Background

The MIBS-JTT system provides Navy warfighters with the capability to receive, exchange, and process timely intelligence and target information carried over the Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS). It offers the capability to operate as a producer and user of Tactical Intelligence Data on the Common Interactive Broadcast (CIB) network.

Requirements

  • The Contractor shall provide Systems Engineering (SE) and In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA) services for development, production, installation, procurement, and sustainment support to the Maritime Integrated Broadcast System – Joint Tactical Terminal (MIBSJTT) Family of Systems and other Program Manager Warfare (PMW) 120 programs in support of the Battlespace Awareness (BA) Division at the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic. Services include management and engineering, logistics, configuration management, documentation, procurement, system operational verification testing, ISEA, and fleet support both onsite and distance at CONUS and OCONUS US Navy sites as well as non-US Navy sites when emergent situations require JTT support.
