Background

Requirements

  • Engineering Support Services (ESS) Engineering & Technical for PMS 377 Program Office, the Naval Systems Engineering Directorate (SEA05), and Surface Ship Modernization Program Office (PMS 407), within the Surface Warfare Directorate (SEA21). The mission of the PMS 377 Program Office is to plan, design, acquire, manage, produce, and successfully transfer to the Fleet affordable and supportable Amphibious Assault ships and other product lines as assigned that are in a high state of material readiness and meet approved requirements. PMS 377 requires a well-integrated and experienced Contractor to provide the Program Office and Naval Systems Engineering Directorate with LPD Class Engineering and Tech Support, Ship Design Support, Facility, and Surge and Special Studies as well as LHA Combat Systems and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C5I) Ship Design Support. The Program Office shall fund this Task Order using SCN, RDT&E, O&MN, or OPN appropriations as appropriate.
