Background

The NAWCAD WOLF Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division provides Networked Communications Resources (NCR) to a broad range of customers including the United States Navy and numerous Department of Defense (DoD), Executive Branch, and other Federal agencies. The SCMS Division, operating under the oLSI model, has requirements to
support the design, integration, testing, and fielding of NCR communications and networks.

Requirements

  • The Contractor shall:
    • Provide support engineering and technical services for resilient NCR communications and network.
    • Provide support systems engineering; resilient communications systems and network design; systems software support;
      integrated enterprise cybersecurity support; and technical and project management support.
