Requirements

  • The contractor shall provide:
    • Investigating and analyzing PNT technology gaps and innovative/emergent PNT technology applications/techniques to fulfill those identified gaps.
    • Test and evaluation engineering in support of enabling technologies for PNT to be demonstrated in laboratory and relevant operational environments to determine their military utility.
    • Identifying, planning, designing, and implementing laboratory enhancements required to develop and/or evaluate enabling and existing PNT technologies.
    • Designing and building of prototypes in order to demonstrate new technologies/requirements into new or existing PNT sensors/systems.
    • Planning and executing necessary processes and management controls to achieve all management, technical, logistical, cost, and schedule objectives.
