Requirements

The Contractor shall provide:

  • New construction, renovation, alteration and repair for large general, industrial and waterfront construction projects primarily located at PNSY, Kittery ME and NNSY, Portsmouth VA in support of SIOP, but may be used Worldwide.
  • Construction projects to be performed will primarily consist of heavy waterfront and industrial building type projects (new construction, renovations, alterations, demolition, repair work, and any necessary design) including both vertical and horizontal construction as described below.
  • The selected contractors will be responsible for all labor, supervision, engineering, design, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and transportation to perform all services described in the drawings and specifications provided for each individual project.
