The contractor shall provide services to meet the following:

The primary tasks for Socium Development and O&S are:

  • Basic Socium Services
  • Agile Framework and Project Management
  • Agile Development Management
  • Agile Product Owner Support
  • Development, Engineering and Capability
  • Operation & Sustainment Services

The objective of this requirement is the O&S and further enhancement of Socium Non-classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) and Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) through development, which includes supporting product ownership, Agile and project management, O&S, development, technical support, compliance, and enhancing and upgrading Socium to deliver enhanced functionality in accordance with (IAW) DOD guidance.

The services will include:

  • Development of new or improved capabilities for operational use in Socium
  • O&S support and improvement to the Socium software to ensure its enterprise operational capability
