Background

As SSC transitions the COMSATCOM Office from DISA to the United State Space Force (USSF), requirements started with DISA will remain under DISA/DITCO control, unless formally notified. New requirements will be coordinated through SSC/CMK. The Future COMSATCOM Services Acquisition (FCSA) provides DoD procurement of satellite communications capability from an approved list of contractors. The FCSA covers three service areas: transponded capacity, subscription services and end-to-end solutions. The first two fall under GSA NAICS code 517410. The third area, for complex commercial SATCOM solutions is covered under an FCSA Complex Commercial SATCOM Solutions (CS3) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

Requirements

Global satellite service subscriptions for Senior Leader Aircraft across any required spectrum or orbital constellation (multi-orbit solutions), with terrestrial links to designated Government Points of Presence (PoP), technical support services, television services, spectrum licensing and Host Nation Agreement (HNA) support, and network operations center (NOC) support, integrated on-board Network Management and Mission Planning software suite, and to acquire and integrate new technologies as they become available during the contract life cycle.
