Background

MCTSSA supports a wide array of USMC C5ISR Programs of Record (PoRs) throughout all phases of the acquisition life cycle. This support is provided to Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) and Program Executive Office Land Systems (PEO LS) Program Managers and extends to other organizations, such as Marine Forces Cyber Command, Marine Corps Operational Test and Evaluation Activity, Naval Air Warfare Command, Special Operations Command, as well as direct support to the Fleet Marine Forces (FMF). The MCTSSA technical workforce is comprised of civilians and active-duty Marines, with educational backgrounds in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, and information technology.

Requirements

  • The Contractor shall provide personnel with expertise to perform activities outlined in this document, as well as each subsequent task order.
  • The Contractor shall ensure technical management, coordination of task activities, and administrative support be provided as required. Detailed tasks will be provided in each task order PWS, which will also identify any specific tactical systems and/or tools that are specific to the task order requirements.
